Being a professional dancer, fitness enthusiast, and advocate for the American Heart Association, I am passionate about helping people live a healthy lifestyle. I have taught fitness and dance for 10 years, hold a BFA in Dance and a minor in Family Studies and Human Development, which brings heart and soul to my students. I have led classes in six different countries, and experienced working with special populations, disabilities, and injuries. I enjoy adventure and am always looking for new challenges. I'm available for private and group lessons. I will challenge you and nurture you to push yourself, while maintaining proper body alignment, and providing a fun, positive atmosphere.
I came into my freshman year of college, recovering from an injury. My college professor suggested I take Pilates to rehab and balance my body. At the University of Arizona, I studied mat, spine corrector, and reformer for 4 years under master teachers, including Ron Fletcher. I took the Ron Fletcher teacher-training course, and then continued my Pilates journey when I moved to NYC, under Linda Farrell, with LindaFIT Pilates, where I obtained my mat certification. I continued to train with Pilates Proworks and got certified in BarrePro and am currently teaching at various gyms and private homes around NYC.

I started taking MELT classes at the YMCA, when I was experiencing circulation problems and started to see results immediately. I am now a firm believer in this technique and personally practice it daily and incorporate the techniques in my group and private lessons.
